ABOUT ME

Karen Lovely, PT, DPT
Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist
I am Karen Lovely, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, orthopaedic clinical specialist, endurance athlete, mother of twins, and owner of Beta Stride Physical Therapy.

I understand injuries and their impact on our physical and emotional wellbeing. I have been a passionate track and road runner since high school and dove into ultra trail running while more recently living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I started rock climbing in 2007. While I initially explored sport, trad and ice climbing, I currently focus on indoor and outdoor sport climbing. At Beta Stride Physical Therapy, I complement my love for physical pursuits with a deep intellectual curiosity about the human body.

I have been a licensed physical therapist since 2016. I have work experience in private practice as well as hospital-based outpatient clinics. My experience includes treating acute and chronic injuries while working with recreational athletes as well as older adults.

At Beta Stride Physical Therapy, I am dedicated to optimizing human movement through individualized, one-on-one care. I am committed to helping you feel stronger, perform better, and feel empowered in your body.
